I just wanted to take the time to thank you for making our first-time building experience a great one. We are very pleased with our new home and would recommend you to friends who are looking to build. The quality of the homes you build is exceptional, just as are the employees you employ.

We were unsure what we would encounter when we decided to build our home, but once the process began with Jeff West, by the drawing up of plans, we were immediately put at ease. Each step in the construction went smoothly and I was so very impressed by the sub-contractors working for your company. EVERYONE was so nice and polite and more than willing to go the extra step to make sure it was what we wanted and done right. Your office staff, Carolyn Johnson in particular, was also very patient and accommodating with each request we made. I do want to let you know that it was definitely to our advantage that Carol Palmer was with us each step of the way to help with the interior decorating. Who knows what it would've looked like if it weren't for Carol.

Another nice surprise was that the superb service didn't stop at the closing table. Mark Belton is just a phone call away and although I don't know how he keeps it all straight like he does, he gets the job done no matter how minor.

Thank you again for the awesome experience, but more than that I want to thank you for allowing us to make friendships that go well beyond the building of a home.
